ZS Eligibility Criteria for Off-Campus Drive 2021:

  • Freshers to 3 years of Inside sales experience with one or more consulting/analytics solution and product companies
  • Strong ability to engage at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships.
  • Ability to work in global cross-office teams, including travelling to remote offices as required
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity with evolving business needs
  • Domain knowledge of Finance/Logistics/Retail/Travel will be preferred
  • Experience of working in International markets across diversified industries (primarily US)
  • Strong verbal, written and team presentation communication skills. ZS is a global firm; fluency in English is required

Job Description for ZS Off Campus Drive 2021: 

  • Research for client engagement opportunities and identify ways to build a connection
  • Design out of the box client penetration approaches based on objective insights and information
  • Understand the business context and complex client challenges, craft sales pitches, define pragmatic solutions and be the front face for solution defense discussions with clients
  • Know and care about what customers want from our products – and be willing to stand up for it!
  • Independently develop demand generation process and convert leads into viable client conversations with partners
  • Create marketing assets to support go-to-market plan – website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, etc.
  • Responsibility will include cold calling, lead generation, passing them on and should actively be leading the deal from lead to closure using onsite and other resources at ZS where necessary
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure – they need to get in deep to understand product differentiation, handle objections – orchestrate the entire sales cycle.
  • Develop strategic territory business plan
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal system
